An immersive experience to discover one of Salento's characteristic flavours: extra virgin olive oil. A visit designed for the curious and nature lovers.

Accompanied by the OlivaMi team, the visit will take place in two places: the first stop will be at the oil mill, where the entire oil production process will be illustrated, even if not in operation during the visit period.

Next, we will move to Carpignano Salentino, among the small olive trees, to see and touch the heart of the OlivaMi project.

To end the experience with a touch of flavour, there will be an EVO oil tasting and the handing out of the 'DegustaMi' kit (for those who have purchased it).
