A day designed for those who want to fully experience the food and wine identity of Salento. It starts with a guided tasting of five wines at the historic Vecchia Torre winery in Leverano, and then plunges into the Baroque wonders of Lecce on a guided tour of the historic centre, with stops at craft workshops. The afternoon continues with a journey through the scents and flavours of the Pedro Ferreira Distillery in Trepuzzi, where the encounter between Salento botanicals and Portuguese spirit is discovered.
